Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is seeking a Warehouse Cleaning Operative for a site in Desborough. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment and involves operating cleaning equipment and waste tasks.

You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts with early and late starts, and there is a pathway from temporary to permanent after 12 weeks. Previous warehouse cleaning experience is preferred, and training is provided for scrubber/sweeper use.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience.
• Counterbalance license is desirable.

Warehouse Cleaning Operative

Desborough, NN14

£13.04 Per Hour

We are looking for someone with Warehouse experience to work as part of the warehouse team to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

The role will involve cleaning the warehouse space using mechanical scrubber/sweeper (training provided), emptying the bins both inside and outside of the warehouse, disposing or wrapping and cardboard safely.

This is a temp to perm role, with a guaranteed permanent position after 12 weeks.

Days/Hours of Work

Monday to Friday Rotating shift pattern.

• Week 1 06:00am - 14:00pm
• Week 2 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Rate of Pay :£13.04 per Hour

The Role

• Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Emptying warehouse bins inside and outside of the building.
• Operating a compactor.
• Driving a scrubber/sweeper to keep the wareho0use floor clean from debris
• Spillage control

About You

• At least 3 months experience working in a warehouse.
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Have a counterbalance license (desirable not essential)
• Experience using a scrubber/sweeper (desirable not essential - training is provided)
