Job summary

JDR Recruitment is recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners at a large distribution centre based in Sutton-In-Ashfield. This temp-to-perm role involves keeping warehouse floors clean with sweepers, scrubbers and safe handling of COSHH chemicals.

You will work day, night or rotating shifts on a 4 on 4 off cycle, earning £12.94 per hour. Previous warehouse cleaning experience and the ability to follow health and safety instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse floors using sweepers and scrubber machines.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste per site procedures.
• Clean staff facilities including canteens, break rooms, toilets, and offices.
• Maintain walkways, workstations and loading areas free from hazards.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Report maintenance issues, spills or damaged equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Support deep-cleaning and special cleaning projects.
