Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Cleaners to join a distribution centre in Lutterworth. You will sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, clean welfare facilities, and help maintain a tidy loading area throughout a 2pm–10pm shift.

We value reliability, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a solid awareness of health and safety. Previous warehouse cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or warehouse experience desirable but not essential.

• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Clean spillages promptly and safely to prevent accidents.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a tidy warehouse and loading area.
