Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Chamber Lead in Coventry to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately using voice technology and warehouse management systems.

You will work in a multi-temperature environment, collaborating with Warehouse Supervisors and teammates to maintain high standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and performance while guiding colleagues on day-to-day queries.

Qualifications

• You have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment.
• You are committed to high health, safety, quality and compliance.
• You work well with others and communicate openly.
• You are adaptable to changing priorities and operational requirements.
• You are confident using workplace technology and have good computer literacy.
• You stay calm and organized in busy environments with attention to detail.
• Experience operating MHE is beneficial, willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily activities run smoothly.
• Provide guidance to team members on day-to-day queries and escalate concerns as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready environment through housekeeping and compliance.
• Contribute to stock accuracy through rotation, inspections, and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives, team briefings, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments to support changing needs.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Chamber Lead, you will support the day‑to‑day warehouse operation, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently using voice technology and warehouse management systems. Working in a multi‑temperature environment, you will collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors and team members to maintain high standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational performance while providing guidance and support to colleagues across the shift.

Who You Are

• You have experience working within a fast‑paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment, ideally within a multi‑temperature setting.
• You are committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
• You work well with others, building positive working relationships based on respect, trust, and open communication.
• You are adaptable and comfortable responding to changing priorities and operational requirements.
• You are confident using workplace technology and have a good level of computer literacy.
• You remain calm and organised in busy environments, managing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) would be beneficial, although we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
