Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Audit Team Leader to join the site-based distribution centre in Dagenham. You will lead daily stock accuracy audits, ensure outbound paperwork matches delivery requirements, and coach a small team to maintain high standards.

The role focuses on driving accuracy, supervising daily outputs, and maintaining clear audit records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment focused on audits and stock control.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage performance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and loads.
• Check outbound loads against paperwork and delivery requirements.
• Verify incoming deliveries and highlight discrepancies quickly.
• Monitor audit data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Coach team members through weekly 1:1 supervision and feedback.
• Ensure KPIs for quality and output are met.
• Maintain audit records and documentation.
• Support site-wide continuous improvement.
