Job summary

Thames Water is seeking Warehouse Associates to join the Renewals and Logistics team at Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will keep stock custody with real-time visibility and prepare items for dispatch to meet service levels.

Requirements include a Full UK driving licence, warehouse experience, basic numeracy, and conversational English; SAP Warehouse Management and RFID knowledge are preferable. Working hours are 36 per week, Monday to Friday, with a temp-to-perm contract.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Basic numeracy and conversational English are required.
• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management and RFID technology is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time stock accuracy and ensure warehouse records reflect physical inventory.
• Receive, pick and pack materials and progress goods in/out of areas.
• Ensure timely loading of vehicles and compliance with stock governance.
• Provide support during operational incidents and maintain safety standards.
