Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our client's Randburg team. This entry-level role supports receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely order fulfillment in a busy logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. You will work with a team to maintain accuracy and safety, with on-the-job training and potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manual labour experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving shipments and inspect for accuracy and damage.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately using provided lists.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support team with various operational tasks as required.
