Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a full-time role in Over, Cambridge. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and be paid £13 per hour.

You will receive, check, and unload deliveries, pick and pack orders, maintain stock records, and ensure health and safety standards in a clean, well-organised warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Driving license ideal but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive team player attitude.
• Physical fitness to handle manual lifting and standing for long periods.
• Basic computer skills for stock record keeping are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and unload deliveries accurately against delivery notes.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading goods onto vehicles for delivery or collection.
• Support general warehouse duties as required, including operating manual handling equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse team members and other departments.
