Job summary

Labcorp is recruiting a Warehouse Associate for our Stores team at the Alconbury site, Cambridgeshire. The role involves managing goods flow, receiving and dispatching items, and maintaining accurate inventory in our ERP system.

The position requires a valid UK driving licence and warehouse experience; forklift licence is advantageous. It is a full-time role with regular daytime hours and occasional out-of-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) including science, maths and English.
• Forklift licence preferred; not mandatory.
• Demonstrable warehouse or stores experience.
• Good IT skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains flow of goods and documents to end user departments, including purchased goods, client samples, mail and data.
• Receives deliveries, checks quantity and condition, and ensures specifications are met.
• Delivers goods/samples to departments across the site.
• Receipts deliveries into ERP system.
• Quarantines and reports non-conforming consignments.
• Stores inventory items in correct locations and assists in inventory counts.
• Picks items against internal requisitions and packs/dispatches goods to external destinations.
• Follows SOPs, works overtime and attends out-of-hours call-outs as required.
