Salary Range: £24,300.00-£25,500.00 per year with Bonus Scheme

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of key warehouse functions including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading pallets, and managing shipments. Forklift Truck experience is advantageous but not required.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with high attention to detail
- Load and unload pallets and stock, ensuring safe and accurate handling across the warehouse
- Loading shipments onto vans & trucks – (Fork Lift Truck Experience Beneficial)
- Customer order picking
- Shrink wrapping
- Perform general warehouse duties, including shrink wrapping and some heavy lifting
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies, maintaining a safe working environment

- An understanding of health and safety requirements
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks
- Good understanding of stock control
- Prior experience in processing e-commerce orders
- Experience in handling customer returns
- Prior experience in picking orders using WMS system
- Fork Lift Truck (Counterbalance) Experience & License beneficial
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Good numeracy and IT skills
- Good communication skills
- An understanding of health and safety requirements
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks
