The role

Initially, the role will be based at the Crawley site, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm. However, hours may change to 2pm – 10.15pm. You will also be required to assist at the Horsham site, which requires a car due to its location.

The pay rate for the 8.30am – 5pm shift is £11.86 per hour. The pay rate for the 2pm – 10.15pm shift is £14.47 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Packing goods in temperatures of 15-25°C and 2-8°C.
2. Packing specific products according to given instructions.
3. Dispatching goods ensuring the correct paperwork is allocated.
4. Ensuring products are packed efficiently.
5. Reporting all out-of-stocks to a senior staff member.
6. Maintaining a high level of quality control at all times.
7. Performing all tasks within set KPIs.
8. Keeping the department tidy at all times.

Experience required:

1. Ability to work in cold conditions of 2 to 8 degrees.
2. Ability to meet deadlines.
3. Accuracy.
4. Warehouse and inventory experience.
