Assistant Depot Manager Role - Hastings

This permanent role will be based at the Howdens depot located in the Hastings Ore area. The depot is situated at Block C, North Hastings Trade Park, Burgess Road, Ivyhouse Lane Industrial Estate, Hastings TN35 4NR.

As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot. Your responsibilities include identifying and suggesting new opportunities to grow sales, reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with the local trade.

The environment is fast-paced, competitive, and demanding, but also financially rewarding and characterized by a strong team spirit.
