Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in our operation, contributing to customer satisfaction with M&S food. The role involves working a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, 40 hours per week, from 15:00 - 23:30.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The role involves handling goods from intake to dispatch, loading/unloading vehicles, scanning, and stock movement using electronic voice equipment. You will work as part of a team in a chilled environment, with provided uniforms. We seek passionate, adaptable, and collaborative individuals who can follow instructions, work efficiently with pace, and adapt as needed. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression.
