Job summary

Eurocell plc is seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant Manager to support day-to-day warehouse operations at Alunet Systems, Ravensthorpe. You will lead teams, drive performance, and ensure accurate, timely customer orders while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will develop people, improve processes and manage stock, dispatch, and loading activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and order fulfilment processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good numerical and reporting skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and delivery of warehouse operational KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Lead and motivate warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service, quality and productivity.
• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure stock replenishment activities are completed to support efficient order fulfilment.
• Coordinate vehicle loading activities to ensure deliveries leave on time and are loaded correctly.
• Work closely with Quality Control teams to reduce product damage and improve overall quality standards.
• Coach, develop and upskill team members to maximise individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and welfare meetings with direct reports.
• Champion Health & Safety standards, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency and control operational costs.
