Job summary

Office Angels are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy site near Horsham. The role involves operating a Counterbalance forklift, loading/unloading deliveries and picking, packing and dispatching orders.

You will maintain stock records, keep work areas safe, and work as part of a reliable team. Immediate start with long-term assignment through to March 2027 and a competitive hourly rate. Free onsite parking available.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Booking goods in and checking deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and health & safety compliant.
• Support the wider warehouse team as required.

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Ongoing Contract until at least March 2027

We're recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based near Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with an established organisation.

Please note: Due to the location, applicants must be a car driver with access to their own transport.

Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Booking goods in and checking deliveries
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and health & safety compliant
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

About You

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to location
