Job summary

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in Pershore for a temporary Engraving Assistant/Order Fulfillment Assistant to support during a busy period.

In the workshop you will assist with picking, packing, personalisation, engraving, manufacturing and dispatch of online and wholesale orders, using the Order Management System to assign picks.

This role starts immediately, paying £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30 with a Sunday shift during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/order processing experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for orders and prepare for dispatch.
• Use Order Management System for accurate picks.
• Engrave and personalise items as required.
• Manufacture and dispatch made-to-order products.

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for a temporary Engraving Assistant/Order Fulfillment Assistant to support during busy period for our client based in Pershore.

As an order fulfilment assistant in our clients workshop, you will be assisting their dedicated and hardworking team of employees in the Order Fulfilment Department who are responsible for making and dispatching all of their online customer and wholesale orders. This is a varied role assisting throughout the full production cycle – Picking, Packing, Manufacturing and Dispatching.

DAY TO DAY:

• Picking items for orders throughout the day.
• Accurate use of Order Management System to ensure accurate and timely assigning of picks.
• Ability to identify product variants
• Picking and preparing of personalisation.
• Processing of engravings.
• Manufacturing of all made to order products

WE WOUD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous warehouse/order processing experience
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Flexibility around hours during peak seasons

This role is available immediately, paying £12.71 per hour working Monday - Friday between 08.30am - 17.30pm, you will also be required to work a Sunday when peak orders start, closer to Christmas (08.00-16.30)
