Job summary

The Best Connection in Chatteris is hiring a Production & Fulfilment Assistant to join a friendly, fast-paced team. Training is provided; prior warehouse experience isn’t essential. This long-term role offers potential permanent positions, weekly pay, and a start time from 6AM, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will receive and dispatch goods, load/unload stock, process orders, and maintain hygiene standards while preparing ingredients and operating bottling equipment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated individuals focused on accurate work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team players with a positive attitude and eagerness to develop.
• Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching goods safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Processing customer orders and returns accurately.
• Supporting stock movements across the site.
• Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for production.
• Washing, cutting, weighing and batch coding ingredients.
• Operating machinery used for bottling juices and capping bottles.
• Organising refrigerated stock and ensuring quality standards are met.
