Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately against customer orders.

• Putting stock away in the correct locations.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock takes.
• Preparing packaging and packing materials.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Supporting other group companies with packing and despatch when required.
• Following company health & safety and quality procedures.

JOB VACANCY – PICKER / PACKER / FINISHER

Location: Alcester

Pay: £12.71 per hour (£14.24 with rolled up holiday)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–3:30pm | Friday 9:00am–1:00pm

Part-time initially, with the potential to become full-time

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical person to join our warehouse/production team.

The role will involve picking, finishing, checking and packing customer orders, making sure everything is accurate, completed to a high standard and ready for dispatch.

Important – Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting. You will regularly be required to lift and move items weighing 20kg+ throughout the working day.

Applicants must be physically capable of carrying out heavy lifting safely and be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
