Bettys & Taylors Group in Knaresborough is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the Finished Goods Team. You will use MHE to load and unload, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders while upholding food hygiene and safety standards.

The role operates Monday to Friday on a two-week rotating shift (6am-2pm week 1, 2pm-10pm week 2) with an 8pm finish on Fridays. Training leads to qualification within about 6 months, with a salary range reflecting progression.

We arelooking for a Warehouse Assistant to join us in the Finished Goods Team at Taylors of Harrogate, where we hold and supply our range of tea and coffees, including our famous Yorkshire Tea.

As a Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for using Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to loadand unload shuntvehicles, picking, packing and loading customer orders to help distribute the quality products that our customers know and love,whilst always ensuring adherence to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies and procedures.The Warehouse Assistant is primarily responsible for fulfilling customer demand.

This role works Monday to Friday on a two week rotating shift pattern, 6am-2pm (week 1) 2pm-10pm, with an 8pm finish on a Friday (week 2)

The role is based at our warehouse in St James Business Park, Knaresborough.

When you join us you will start as a Trainee and will move to Qualified after successful completion of your training which we expect to be within a period of 6 months. This is reflected in the salary range advertised.
