Job summary

QVC Group in London is seeking a Product Preparation Warehouse Assistant to ensure all products are ready for on-air and online output. This onsite role supports the Show Control warehouse and studio, aligning with live broadcast schedules and fast-paced production needs.

You will prepare, test, and manage product samples, work closely with presenters, production teams and buyers, and uphold high standards of quality and safety across all duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, product preparation, studio support or inventory-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality presentation standards.
• Clear and confident communication skills to support presenters and production teams.
• Reliable, proactive and accountable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and test products for broadcast and web output, ensuring production requirements are met.
• Collect, account for and re-box samples after on-air presentation and relocate items as required.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring on-air items match descriptions.
• Provide product information and practical support to studio floor teams, presenters and guest talent.
• Communicate effectively with buyers and vendors to ensure products are available for scheduled broadcasts.

The Product Preparation Warehouse Assistant supports QVC UK, and ensures all products are available, prepared and presented to the highest standard for both on-air and off-air broadcast and digital output.

Working within the Show Control environment, this role is essential to delivering a smooth live production experience.

You will take pride in product quality, accuracy and readiness, supporting presenters, production teams and buyers to bring products to life for our customers.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Show Control warehouse and studio location daily.

This role includes shift work, aligned to live broadcast schedules, which may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and test products for QVC's broadcast and web output, ensuring all production requirements are met
• Collect, account for and return all product samples following on-air presentation, re-boxing and relocating items as required
• Identify and resolve product and inventory discrepancies, ensuring all on-air items match their inventory descriptions
• Provide product information and practical support to studio floor teams, presenters and guest talent
• Communicate effectively with buyers and vendors to ensure products are available and ready in time for scheduled broadcasts
