Job summary

Axians UK is seeking an office-based Central Operations role in Basingstoke to manage spares, RMA processes, and depot operations. You will oversee contract renewals, maintain service desk updates, and ensure strong customer focus while coordinating with couriers and field engineering teams.

You will report to the Central Operations Manager and contribute to BAU activities, reporting, and training to promote Axians’ brand and quality standards across ISO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Fully understanding of Annuity contract renewal and quoting processes and the ability to explain the processes to others.
• Ensure a customer focused approach is maintained
• Understand and have the ability to update the Axians Service Desk. (Contracts, Adds Moves and Changes)
• Product Registration & Vendor install base updates
• Management of all Axians spares & RMA process
• Manage Basingstoke Depot
• Manage BAU relationship between Couriers & Axians
• Reconcile monthly reports for Rico spares movement
• Provide Back up: to reconcile monthly reports for Indigo field engineering services
• for Field Engineering BAU
• Reporting: Juniper Rebate - Open RMA Report
• Assist in preparing Service Delivery Manager Reports
• Open Engineer Tasks
• Open Collections
• Customer Inventory (Support revenue based)
• Open Restock tasks
• Open Incidents Sub Tasks
• Provide cover within the Team as required
• Attend relevant training courses when required
• Promote the Axians brand at all times
• Ensuring own and teams adherence to Axians’ Management System Manual for Quality (ISO 9001), InfoSec (ISO 27001) and ESG (ISO 14001).
