Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is assisting a client in Larkhall to recruit two positions: Warehouse Operative and In-House Admin. This temp-to-perm role starts on site with an early morning rotating shift pattern and requires reliable transport.

You will support daily warehouse operations, process paperwork, liaise with drivers, input data into the in-house system, and help keep a safe, tidy site. The role offers weekly pay and a permanent salary after 12 weeks.

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse and administration role is essential.
• Own transport is essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse
• Dealing with drivers and processing delivery paperwork
• Accurately inputting information onto the in-house system
• Coordinating loading and unloading activities on the loading bays to ensure smooth operations
• Liaising with drivers and warehouse staff to keep operations running efficiently
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Following all company health and safety procedures

Warehouse Operative & In-House Admin - 2 Vacancies Available!

KPI Recruiting is currently recruiting for 2 x Warehouse Operative & In-House Admin staff to join our client's busy warehouse team based in Larkhall.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the chance to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Location: Larkhall
Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (paid weekly)
Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum after successfully completing the 12-week temporary period.

Rotating Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 4:00am - 1:00pm (5 days on, 3 days off)
• Week 2: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (5 days on, 2 days off)

Please note: Due to the early morning start times and shift pattern, your own transport is essential.
