Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Administration team to deliver efficient operations.
• Oversee goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
• Conduct safety audits and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
