Job summary

TR Fastenings is seeking a Warehouse Admin Team Leader for the National Distribution Centre in Walsall (WS2 8DQ) on a Fixed Term 6 month contract. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, balancing hands-on tasks with first-line leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and strong customer service.

Reporting to Operations Managers, you will oversee safety, scheduling, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate administration and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating admin activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Administration team to ensure efficient admin functions.
• Oversee goods-in, picking, packing, despatch, inventory control, and admin processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
