Job summary

XPO Logistics at Burton Latimer are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support the Weetabix contract on site. The role concentrates on load planning and system administration to keep operations accurate and efficient.

Working Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm, you will manage hauler bookings, prepare picking tickets and despatch notes, and handle customer and third-party queries to maintain smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience as a warehouse administrator or warehouse supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Handle hauler bookings and updating schedules with the relevant information and references.
• Ensure all picking tickets and despatch notes are printed and ready for the relevant shift.
• Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are complete in full.
• Handle any general queries from the customer and 3rd party haulers.
