Job summary

Insight Employment are seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to work for a local client in Brinklow, Milton Keynes. The Client operates in Warehousing, UK order fulfilment, 3PL and final mile deliveries, with duties including updating Excel spreadsheets, data entry, stock input and despatch, plus general filing and other tasks as directed.

Requirements include warehouse and administration experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and fluency in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and administration is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word processing.
• Fluent in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Update existing Excel spreadsheets.
• Data entry and input of incoming stock onto the warehouse system.
• Despatch stock from the warehouse system and general filing.
• Carry out other duties as requested by manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Updating existing Excel spreadsheets.
• Date Entry.
• Input of incoming stock onto the warehouse system.
• Despatching stock from the warehouse system.
• General filing
• Other duties as requested by manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Warehouse & Administration experience.
• Must be computer literary of Microsoft systems (Excel, Word Processing etc).
• Must me fluent in Mandarin.

Hours

Mon - Fri 08:00am-18:00pm

£12.71 per hour
