Job summary

Insight Employment are seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant- Mandarin Speaking for a client in Brinklow, Milton Keynes. The role covers data entry, stock updates, despatches and filing within a warehouse admin context.

Required are warehouse and administration experience, fluency in Mandarin and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. This is a site-based position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• Warehouse and administration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic word processing.
• Fluent in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Updating existing Excel spreadsheets.
• Date Entry.
• Input of incoming stock onto the warehouse system.
• Despatching stock from the warehouse system.
• General filing
• Other duties as requested by manager.
