Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support a leading logistics company in Tickhill. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth goods flow within the warehouse.

Working hours are 5 days out of 7 with rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00). The hourly rate is £12.88, and own transport is required due to the site location. Ongoing full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Own transport is required due to site location.
• Must be within a 40-minute driving range of the site.
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and update shipment statuses, checking deliveries against purchase orders.
• Manage inventory by scanning, labeling, and organizing items to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
• Coordinate with dispatchers or drivers and enter load details into the Transportation Management System.
• Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms.

Working hours

• Working any 5 days out of 7.
• Rotating shifts: 1 week on mornings (06:00-14:00) and 1 week on afternoons (14:00-22:00).

Pay rates

• 12.88 GBP hourly

Must‑have requirements for Warehouse Admin

• Own transport is required due to the site location and lack of public transport.
• Must be within a 40‑minute driving range of the site.
• Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
• Knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems and good PC skills.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin

• 3‑6 months experience in a similar role.
