Job description

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 7 Ward Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Hertfordshire.

The pay for this position is £27-£32 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

Specific Skills:

1. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) trained (minimum 2 years)
2. Experience in Systemic Anti-cancer Therapy (SACT) clinical screening
3. Experience in SACT final check and release
4. Experience in Day unit & inpatient clinical ward cover
5. Experience in Quality Assurance of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit - e.g. SOP reviews, Error reporting & trending, Deviations, Change Controls, Risk Assessments.
6. Support the Pharmacy Technical/Cancer Services manager as required

Minimum Requirements:
Successful candidates must hold an MPharm degree and be GPHC registered.
