Job description

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 8A Wards Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Buckinghamshire.

The pay for this position is GBP28-GBP35 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinically validate medication charts, discharges and order medicines safely and appropriately
2. Accuracy check dispensed prescriptions
3. Complete medicines reconciliation
4. Check Patients Own Drugs
