NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated receptionist for a fixed-term position at Raigmore Hospital. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, ensuring effective reception services within a busy medical environment. 37 hours per week, Fixed term for 1 year – Secondment Opportunity
Monday to Friday covering reception within the hours of 8am till 4pm.
Applications are invited from individuals with relevant administration experience to provide an efficient inpatient reception service for the Medical / Surgical wards within the Acute Services Unit in Raigmore Hospital.
We are looking for a self motivated, friendly and hardworking receptionist to join our team.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, a clear and pleasant telephone manner, be able to work under pressure within a fast paced environment and be computer literate.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to deal with competing demands as well as having the ability to work as a team player or individually as required are essential skills for this post.
