Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager for Dunnock View, Tendring, to lead the nursing team and drive high-quality care across the ward. You will empower staff, promote teamwork, and deliver supervision to ensure safe, compassionate patient care in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires a nursing qualification and NMC registration, with a strong track record in leadership. Weekend duties may be required to meet service needs and maintain 24/7 ward operations.
