Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager to lead the nursing team and deliver high-quality care within a low secure women’s ward. You will empower recovery, supervise staff, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote learning and exemplary practice.

You will manage on-call duties, contribute to budgeting, and role-model compassionate care while driving clinical governance and staff development across the ward.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with appropriate registration.
• Experience in NHS or private care environments.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience with ward budgets and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and promote teamwork.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision across the ward.
• Manage on-call service alongside senior Nurse.
• Maintain and improve standards within Clinical Governance.
• Support multidisciplinary teams and patient recovery pathways.
• Designate ward leadership and role modeling for staff.
