Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager for Potters Bar Clinic to lead the nursing team and deliver high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and help run the ward in partnership with the senior Nurse.

With NHS or private care experience, you will empower recovery, manage the on-call service and ward budgets, and act as a role model.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with NMC registration.
• Experience leading nursing teams in mental health settings.
• Experience in NHS or private care environments with a track record of leadership.
