Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking an experienced senior nurse to join the Oncology and Haematology Service as Ward Manager for Enfys Ward. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee inpatient care to ensure high quality patient-centred services.

The post requires post-registration qualifications and Band 6 or above experience, with Welsh language ability desirable. You will lead a dedicated team and work within our esteemed NHS trust.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior nurse in oncology/haematology is required.

You will be an exceptional individual with a passion to deliver high quality care through strong compassionate leadership skills to enable a first class service to the population of North Wales.

Main duties of the job

The post will be based on Enfys ward and be instrumental in the management of in-patient care.

We are seeking a nurse with excellent up to date specialist clinical knowledge and skills, post registration qualification and experience at Band 6 or above.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
