Job summary

The post holder works within the Community Hospital Team at Menlli Ward to provide skilled nursing care under evidence-based practice. You will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team and supervise junior staff as part of a supportive learning environment.

We welcome experienced nurses or those newly qualified, committed to high standards of patient care and continuous professional development within North Wales NHS services.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC pin.
• Experience in community hospital or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.

A permanent position has arisen for a motivated individual to join our innovative and proactive Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care. Menlli Ward has beds supported by a multi-disciplinary team. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate reliability, and commitment to providing a high standard of patient care.

We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team to help provide skilled, clinically effective care using best practice.
