We're Hiring: Ward Manager
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Ward Manager in a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday). We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader who is registered with the NMC and passionate about delivering high-quality care. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £47,494-£53,448 DOE, plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing leadership career, we want to hear from you!
Job Purpose
To provide Clinical Management and Leadership of the full nursing team on the Ward, this includes being a highly visible role model and mentor to the nursing team. The post-holder has responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care. The role will act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective and oversee and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources.
