An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to lead and aspire at The Haldon, the South West regional tier-4 Specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder Unit based in Wonford House, Exeter.
The Haldon is commissioned to provide intensive inpatient treatment for up to 10 individuals at one time. Treatment includes both physical and psychological interventions to support recovery from a severe Eating Disorder in a caring and compassionate environment.
The role will include the operational running of a busy inpatient ward, which has a vast MDT alongside nursing staff. Liaising with commissioners and overseeing extensive training and development of the staffing team.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated, passionate and interested in development within their own career. The successful candidate will be able to lead and organise a team.
Experience in Eating Disorders is Essential.
