Job summary

BCUHB North Wales is seeking a catering assistant to work as part of a team, delivering meals to patients and staff and sharing best practise as changes are made over time.

Working hours are predominantly 7.30am to 3.00pm over three days on flexible rotation, with some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts. The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 food hygiene certificate or be willing to work towards it.
• Catering experience is essential.
• Welsh language is desirable; Welsh/English speakers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide catering services to patients and staff.
• Serve food at ward level and maintain service quality.
