• Greet patients and visitors on the ward as the first point of contact.
• Admit/discharge and transfer patients on the in-house database, aiding patient flow.
• Answer telephone enquiries and arrange transport for patients.
• Support clinical team with accurate data entry and maintain patient records (electronic and paper).
• Keep reception area tidy and ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered.
• Communicate with ward multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
