We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Ward Clerk to join our team on Ward F9, a 33-bedded Medical Gastroenterology and Hepatology ward at Frimley Park Hospital. This is a key frontline role for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience working with the public. You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the ward. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. These include managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges using EPIC, liaising closely with clinical teams to resolve queries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for ordering essential ward supplies via EPROC, as well as supporting data collection for audits and research when required.

Main duties of the job
