Job summary

Hospice UK is looking for a Collaborative Manager to bring Hospices Cymru together, strengthen collaboration, and support governance and working groups across Wales. You’ll help turn data into meaningful insights to inform policy development and service planning.

Based in Wales with hybrid working, the role involves stakeholder engagement, coordinating across organisations, and contributing to a sustainable funding framework for hospices in Wales. Experience in health and social care is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead work to improve how hospice data and evidence are collected and used.
• Support Hospices Cymru partnership working, governance and working groups.
• Develop and maintain connections across Wales and with Hospice UK.
• Help shape a sustainable commissioning model and funding discussions.
