The successful candidate may have a health and social care qualification or previous experience in supported living settings; full-time hours with alternating weekends are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities.
• Ability to promote independence, dignity and choice.
• Previous supported living or PMLD experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care and meals.
• Support community access and appointment attendance.
• Ensure safety and report changes in needs.
