Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers - Waking Nights to assist individuals in their own homes and in the community. You will help people aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, and mental ill health to live more independently.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and daily tasks around the home.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record any care-related issues for wellbeing monitoring.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote wellbeing.
