Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Female Support Worker for Nights to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism in supported living and community settings. You will work 48 hours across 4 nights per week and earn £12.75 per hour, with an annual equivalent shown for illustration.

We hire based on values, offer training development, and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. You’ll be part of a caring team delivering person-centred support and safeguarding in daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Keep individuals safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, finances and medication as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
