Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our team. We are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos.
The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients. You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, although being able to communicate with clients in a focused, and solution-based way is important. We welcome applications for those with lived experience.
The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risk of homelessness, health issues, offending, and to reduce the risk of harm to the community. Our clients are currently based in and around the following areas: Liverpool, Sefton, and Wirral.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, which could fall between 9pm – 9.30am. Your hours of work may involve working at any time during weekends, weekdays, and nights, this is to meet the needs of the clients, and to enable you to work from a psychological informed approach.
All offers of employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, two suitable references and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. People with criminal convictions will still be considered subject to a satisfactory risk assessment.
