Highland Home Carers in Inverness seeks a dedicated Support Worker for waking nights to help a 21‑year‑old gentleman live his best life at home. This 2:1, 24‑hour support role works alongside a colleague in a compassionate, person‑centred team.

Full training is provided; prior care experience is not required. The role offers £13.50 per hour, plus benefits including Early Pay, pension, uniforms/PPE, and access to the Blue Light Card scheme.

Qualifications

• You do not need previous care experience, but commitment to high‑quality care is essential.
• Willingness to register with the SSSC and attend job-related training.
• Ability to work in a 2:1, 24‑hour support model and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, mobility, medications and dietary needs while respecting dignity.
• Follow Support Plans through reviews to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate records in line with HHC policies and procedures.
