SWAAY Child & Adolescent Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Waking Night Worker to support vulnerable young people in residential care. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with a 2 week rolling rota and an hourly rate from £12.80, depending on experience and qualifications.

Training is fully funded, including NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship. You will maintain a safe home environment, supervise night-time activities, support wellbeing, and follow risk assessments while

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is desirable; we will fully fund and support you to achieve it.
• Experience in residential childcare or looking to start a meaningful career supporting young people

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing home environment.
• Supervise and record movements and activities during the night.
• Promote and safeguard the health and wellbeing of each child.
• Work in line with risk assessments.
• Recognise, respond to and accurately report safeguarding concerns
