Tyre Hill House is a welcoming residential family assessment centre dedicated to supporting parents and children through a crucial life period. We seek a compassionate Waking Night Team Leader to build positive relationships with families while ensuring children's safety and wellbeing.

This role offers leadership opportunities, involvement in staff recruitment and development, and a pathway to senior leadership within a growing organisation. Pro rata salary reflects 31.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare leadership.
• Understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide effective leadership to the residential care team.
• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operation and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in staff induction, supervision and ongoing development.
• Contribute to family plans, risk assessments and quality assurance processes.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager when required and support overall leadership.
