Caretech is recruiting at Woodside Farm in Coylton for supportive roles with young people who have experienced trauma. You will help with daily routines, school readiness, meals, activities and therapeutic care, building trust and positive outcomes.

We value warmth, patience and strong communication. A full UK driving licence is essential; the role offers competitive pay (£27,976–£32,510 with SVQ/HNC progression) and opportunities to develop qualifications within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Warm, patient and focused on achieving outcomes for others.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Experience caring for someone, or in a similar support role, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily routines and mornings for children and young people.
• Assist with homework, meals, activities and life skills.
• Provide nurturing and therapeutic care and document progress.
• Update care plans and participate in team meetings and training.
• Help with light housekeeping and build trusting relationships.
